Double checked the dependencies and ended up re-building.  This time the application worked as expected without the runtime error.  I am not sure but I think I built the first time as 64bit by mistake.

Hi Matt;

  Can you tell us ....

1) Are you using the .NET option when building your Proxy(ies) from the Proxy Project?

2) Did you include the "pbwsclient.pbd" in your App's library list from the PB2019 R3 installation (now in the IDE sub-folder in R3)?

3) From step #2, did you check that the objects in the PBD are *not* found anywhere else in your main PB App's libraries?

When I run a compiled version of our application I get a bad runtime function reference when calling the Setoptions method on the Soapconnection class.  I don't get this when running from the IDE.  I have created an install msi and have looked at all the files additional files needed per the documentation.  What else can I look for?  What is missing from the runtime files?
